Dear Friends,
We are appealing for your financial support to fund the resealing of
the driveway and painting the wrought iron fence.
We had planned to reseal the driveway this past summer but the
project was delayed by the contractor. We will re-schedule this
project for next summer. We anticipate that the project cost in the
$15,000 range.
In anticipation of re-sealing the driveway, you may have noted that
we have widened some portions of the drive to allow for better
vehicular flow. This prep work was donated. We plan to reseal the
driveway in its entirety next summer. This project alone will be in
the $15,000 range.
The wrought iron fence repainting project is estimated to be in the
$4,000 range.
The Board of Trustees works very hard to invest our funds prudently
and to spend the income wisely. Many repair and maintenance projects
are done on a volunteer basis. We only seek professional service
when absolutely necessary. We are making this appeal knowing that
you have strong feelings for the well being and upkeep of the
cemetery. The WWCA is a 501(c)(3) Not-For-Profit Corporation under
the Internal Revenue Code. Your donations are tax deductible to the
fullest extent allowed by law.
We extend a sincere thanks for your continued financial support.
Sincerely,
The Woodwreath Cemetery Board of Trustees
