Dear Friends,

We are appealing for your financial support as plot sales, donations and interest income has not kept pace with ever increasing operating and repair and maintenance expenses.

All of our revenue sources are dedicated to mowing, general maintenance and repairs, and administrative costs.  This includes, but are not limited to tree pruning and removal, monument repair, fence and driveway upkeep.  In sum, these have averaged $19,696 from 2016-2018.  Interest income covers only about one-half of the annual $10,000 mowing expense.  As such, we have had to tap our savings accounts to cover these obligations.  These expenses will certainly continue to increase as time moves forward.  Aside from mowing, your Board of Trustees performs many ordinary repair and maintenance projects on a volunteer basis.  Professional services are only contracted when absolutely necessary.  Many maintenance projects are being deferred due to lack of funding.

As a means to generate revenue and meet consumer demand, we have purchased a 48-unit columbarium.  We see this as an investment and not an expense as we intend to price the units at a reasonable profit.  Units may hold up to two sealed cremain containers and will be available for sale in early 2019.

The Board of Trustees works very hard to invest our funds prudently and to spend the income wisely.  We are making this appeal knowing that you have strong feelings for the well being and upkeep of the cemetery.  The WWCA is a 501(c)(3) Not-For-Profit Corporation under the Internal Revenue Code.  Your donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Donations or inquiries may be mailed to us at the above noted address.

We extend sincere thanks for your continued financial support.
